It is the responsibility of the customer to decide on the level the paper must fit into. Also please do not expect unusual resource materials to be available to us. It is possible for some minor alterations to be made, but depending on where the writer is in the process, it could mean there is an additional fee. When placing the order, the full fee will be charged, and if it is cancelled, the cost will depend upon whether a writer started to write an academic paper. We treat each of these cases individually, so seemingly similar cases may appear to be treated differently but if this happens, there will be a specific reason for that.
We take punctuality very seriously and will do all we can to ensure that customers receive papers as arranged. We will not, however, accept responsibility for delays that are caused by customers, for example, delays in answering queries.
There could be delays if the provided billing details are not correct, and it is the responsibility of a client to ensure they are. It is also important that contact details are correct as there may be the need to make contact with a client while the job is in progress. Delays in contacting a client will prevent any refund being considered and in the same way, delays in making the initial payment will mean that work is not started until this has been sorted out. It is advisable to let us know as soon as the deadline for delivery passes as it will give us time to investigate the issue.
You must know the laws applicable to payment on-line, so you should understand that we will report the attempted use of illegally used credit cards. You must also agree that work we provide is ONLY for reference. We will not contact you unnecessarily, but may let you know about special offers we are providing, and we will not track your visit through cookies.
